| James Plummer |
James Plummer is President of QED. He
has been an expert witness since 1981 in a wide variety of
litigations. He has lectured at Stanford and USF.
He is the author of six books and many articles, including
"The Ten Most Frequent Errors in Litigating Business Damages,"
Association of Business Trial Lawyers, "The Ten Most Frequent Errors in Lost Earnings Damages,"
in Forum. He holds an MBA in economics and finance from USC, and a Ph.D. in economics from Cornell University.
He is a member of the Institute of Business Appraisers and a
candidate for senior member in the American Society of
Appraisers. He is licensed business and real estate
broker in California, Nevada and Texas. He served as a Captain and Assistant Professor
at the USAF Academy, and as a City Councilman in Los Altos

| Gerald McGowin |
Gerald McGowin was previously Chief Financial
Officer of Norris Beggs & Simpson, a large commercial real estate firm.
He is a CPA, and has an MBA from Stanford University. At
QED, he has been an expert on real estate development issues,
lost profits from business interruption, and office building
disputes. |
| Cynthia Parker |
Cynthia Parker specializes in evaluation of
economic damages due to personal injury, wrongful death and
wrongful termination. She holds an MBA in economics from
California State University at Fullerton, and teaches at Mount
San Antonio College, National University, and Chaffey College. |
